Information you choose to send
The contact form collects your name, email address, organization, service interest, and any optional organization-size or message information you provide. It also records the page or workflow that led you to the form, a submission identifier, and the submission time. We use these details to understand and respond to your inquiry. Share only a high-level description; do not include confidential documents, credentials, or sensitive personal information.
Hosting and inquiry storage
This website is hosted with ChatGPT Sites. Submitted inquiries are saved in a private database for Parachute Labs, where authorized site owners and editors can access them for follow-up. Inquiries are not displayed publicly. ChatGPT Sites and its hosting providers may process account and technical request information to operate and protect the website.
Planning tools
The scorecard and calculator operate in your browser. Their answers, inputs, and results are not sent to us or stored by this site. Your browser may retain or restore form values through its own features.
Email contact
The email link opens your email application. Sending an email shares your address and the information you include with Parachute Labs LLC and the email providers involved. We use your message to respond and manage the conversation.
Analytics and marketing
ChatGPT Sites provides platform analytics and may collect usage and technical information under its own policies. Parachute Labs does not add advertising pixels, session recording, or a marketing signup to this website. Using a planning tool or submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Retention and requests
Inquiries remain in our database so we can respond and keep a record of the conversation. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us, contact admin@parachutelabs.xyz. Protecting the inquiry form
To limit spam, the form temporarily keeps a salted daily hash of your network address and request counts. If the hosting service does not provide a network address, it uses a salted hash of your email address for this check. Raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry table. These abuse-prevention records expire within 48 hours and are cleared as new requests arrive.
