What is included
One organization and one active adoption program. The base package includes five private advisory hours per month plus the scheduled group sessions below.
Named advisor
One accountable consulting contact for the adoption program and its priorities.
Four monthly office-hour sessions
Four 45-minute client-group sessions for questions, workflow review, and practical troubleshooting.
Monthly advanced lab
One 60-minute role or workflow lab selected from the active improvement backlog.
Champion and manager support
One 60-minute champion meeting each month, with manager follow-through supported within advisory capacity.
Monthly adoption scorecard
A current view of adoption, task outcomes, risks, and the next improvement opportunities.
Quarterly executive review
A review of progress, risks, and next investments. Preparation and meeting time use that month’s private advisory allocation.

- The base commitment is six months at $5,000 per month: $30,000 before applicable taxes and additional work.
- Private advisory time is limited to five hours per month and includes asynchronous advisory, preparation, and executive-review work.
- Unused private hours do not roll over. Additional work requires an agreed scope.
- The four office-hour sessions, monthly lab, and monthly champion meeting are separately scheduled group sessions included in the base package.

- 24/7 incident response or managed production operations
- Unlimited cohorts, departments, or customized training programs
Prices are in USD. The proposal confirms scope, delivery dates, applicable taxes, and any travel or third-party costs. Software subscriptions are not included.
Questions about this engagement
Is this unlimited access to an AI team?
No. The package specifies scheduled group sessions and five private advisory hours per month. Additional delivery, engineering, or consulting is scoped separately.
Does this include monitoring our production agents?
No. Adoption support and production operations are different responsibilities. Any monitoring, incident response, or maintenance agreement must be scoped separately.
Can we start without taking your training first?
Yes, when your approved tools, baseline, and internal ownership are sufficiently clear. The initial conversation determines whether onboarding is enough or a separate Sprint is needed.
