- The pilot is fixed-scope and subject to a signed agreement; it is not a pay-only-if-it-works offer.
- Production release is a separate go/no-go decision and is not automatic.
- Software, hosting, third-party usage, and ongoing maintenance are not included unless expressly stated in the proposal.

- A guarantee of revenue or cash savings
- Unlimited integrations or open-ended feature requests
- 24/7 support or ongoing production operations
- Autonomous payments, hiring decisions, or other high-impact decisions in the base scope
Prices are in USD. The proposal confirms scope, delivery dates, applicable taxes, and any travel or third-party costs. Software subscriptions are not included.

Do we need an agent, or would ordinary automation work?
We decide from the process requirements. A simpler rules-based workflow is preferable when it meets the need reliably.
Do you guarantee the business result?
We agree on acceptance criteria and the evaluation process before building. The base offer does not guarantee cash savings or waive the build fee when external dependencies prevent an outcome.
Who maintains the workflow afterward?
The handover identifies ownership and maintenance requirements. Ongoing operations must be arranged separately before a production release.
