Start with the Opportunity & Risk Sprint when priorities, ownership, or safe-use rules are unclear. When those foundations are already in place, we can scope team enablement or a workflow pilot directly.
Not necessarily. We begin with the tools your organization has approved and identify gaps before recommending anything additional. Software licenses and third-party charges are separate from our service fees.
Both are available, with different scopes. AI in the Flow of Work develops practical team capability. A Workflow & Agent Pilot designs and tests one bounded workflow. Ongoing support is a separate engagement.
We agree on a baseline and success measures before delivery. Depending on the engagement, we track adoption, task quality, handling time, corrections, and human-review coverage. Estimates and self-reported measures are labeled as such.
We agree on approved tools, access boundaries, and review requirements before using client information. Share only a high-level description through this website. Detailed data access and security arrangements belong in the engagement agreement.
Tell us where adoption is getting stuck. We’ll discuss the right starting point and whether we are a fit.
