How the engagement works

  1. Session 1 · Understand

    Judgment and safe use

Understand strengths, common failure modes, approved tools, and the decisions that remain human.

  2. Session 2 · Apply

    Improve a recurring task

Apply AI to role-specific research and creation, using examples from the participant’s actual work.

  3. Session 3 · Standardize

    Make good work reusable

Create context packages, reusable instructions, and quality checks.

  4. Session 4 · Connect

    Work across information

Use approved documents, spreadsheets, and knowledge sources for analysis and decision support.

  5. Session 5 · Automate

Recognize what is ready for automation

Map connected workflows and identify where permissions, tests, and human approval are required.

  6. Session 6 · Govern

Demonstrate and plan the next step

Present capstones and agree on ownership, review, and the workflows that are ready to scale.

What we measure

Questions about this engagement

Is this suitable for non-technical employees?

Yes. The program centers on role-specific work and practical judgment. Advanced engineering and production automation are separate scopes.

Does every participant build an autonomous agent?

No. Participants identify an automation candidate and learn when automation is appropriate. Production agents require separate engineering, access review, testing, and approval.

What happens after the program?

Leadership receives the measurement report and next-step backlog. Teams that need continued support can move into AI Operating Partner.

After the engagement

Use AI Operating Partner to reinforce the habits, support managers, and maintain a measured improvement backlog.
